The SSI Group Inc., a provider of health care revenue cycle solutions, announced Monday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Provider Advantage NW Inc., a provider of patient access management software.
The combined company will create a single source of complete revenue cycle solutions that help improve financial performance by synchronizing hospital front- and back-office operations to reduce denials, increase collections and rapidly reprocess claims. Closing of the acquisition is expected to occur within 30 days.
