A&D Medical, a worldwide leader in connecting health and biometric measurement devices and services, was on track to reveal its new PlusConnect Wireless Weight Scale at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) conference taking place until Aug. 10 in Boston.

“A&D Medical is committed to changing the way people are able to manage their health by empowering them with the tools they need,” A&D Engineering President and CEO Terry Duesterhoeft said. “Along with our fourth generation of wireless blood pressure monitors, this scale can be used in conjunction with our app and other WellnessConnected products to provide consumers with a more complete picture of their overall health and wellbeing.”

The PlusConnect scale will allow customers to access features and value that A&D calls unparalleled. The UA-350BLE PlusConnect Weight Scale is the newest addition to A&D’s WellnessConnected line of products and increases the company’s line of medical-grade wireless products and monitoring devices that focus on consumer health.

The light-weight scale has a wide base that is sturdy and can hold up to 400 pounds. It is accurate to within 0.2 pounds and can be used by multiple users.

Just like with all devices produced and sold by A&D, the PlusConnect Weight Scale can be connected to the company’s companion app, called A&D Connect.
