Five speakers to the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) Pharmaceutical Quality Metrics and Culture Conference have been named.
Speakers from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research are expected, along with an individual from the U.K. Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. Speakers will also come from Amgen, Johnson and Johnson, Sanofi Pasteur, Hovione, and the University of St. Gallen, among others.
The PDA is a leading science, technology and regulatory information leader in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Made up of more than 10,000 members from around the world, the association was founded in 1946 and continues to make scientific developments and regulations.
The conference is scheduled for Feb. 21-22 at the Bethesda North Marriott & Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and will be a time when representatives from the pharmaceutical industry can connect with U.S. Food and Drug Administration officials.
A public commenting period has been extended until March 27, as the FDA craves as much communication and feedback as they can gain.
