i-Health Inc. is moving toward the acquisition of UP4 Probiotics from UAS Laboratories LLC in an arrangement the company believes will help it become a leader in the probiotic world.
UP4 has a wide range of supplements designed specifically for adults, women, children and seniors 50 and older for daily use.
