Restore Health to seek URAC specialty pharmacy accreditation

Personalized medicine company Restore Health announced July 17 it will seek accreditation from health care accreditation organization URAC for its specialty pharmacy division.

Accreditation from URAC provides the company with independent validation of excellence in specialty pharmacy management. It also provides continuous quality improvement processes and assists the company in preparing for regulatory compliance.

"Restore actively seeks the validation of organizations such as URAC to examine our systems, processes and performance to ensure that we consistently strive to meet national standards of quality," said Restore Health President Murray I. Firestone.

Restore Health says it is is dedicated to providing personalized and specialty medicines to health care providers throughout the United States via a special full-service method that offers physicians integrated with custom pharmacy, diagnostic laboratory and clinical liaison personnel.
