Guaranteed Returns' ReverseLink Direct Pay program expedites pharmacy payments

Pharmaceutical return services provider Guaranteed Returns recently introduced a new program that delivers quick payments to pharmacies.

Under the ReverseLink Direct Pay program, payments will be sent to pharmacies directly from manufacturers or as drop-ship credits from wholesalers.

"What ReverseLink Direct Pay does, essentially, is shorten the timeline between the return and the credit recovery," Guaranteed Returns President and CEO Paul Nick said. "Because this is a facility-based program, these pharmaceutical returns require no third-party reconciliation."

The program presents the opportunity for pharmacies to obtain payment 45 days after the return processing date as returns are processed the same day they are received and shipping is expedited to all manufacturers as long as there is no return authorization requirement.

ReverseLink Direct Pay also includes the ability to track credits and payments through a customer portal, vendor return policy compliance that ensures maximum credit eligibility and the ability for users to use either mail-in or on-site services.
