Subcutaneous injection syringe released

The Squarekids subcutaneous injection syringe was launched by Daiichi Sankyo, Japan Vaccine Company and Sanofi K.K. Dec. 9.

Squarekids is a vaccine for diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus (DPT) and polio and is manufactured by Kitasato Daiichi Sankyo Vaccine company in Japan. The vaccine is combined with Sanofi's inactivated polio vaccine as well as the Kitasato Daiichi Sankyo vaccine in prefilled syringes.

Preventative medicine and vaccines in Japan are a goal of Daiichi Sankyo Group, Japan Vaccine and Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of Sanofi Group.
