Gaugler joins Spectra as president

Spectra BioPharma Selling Solutions welcomed Daryl Gaugler to the leadership team this week as he takes over the position of president of the company.

Gaugler brings more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. He previously served as the North American Commercial Solutions head and held several senior level positions at Quintiles. He was also instrumental in creating NovaQuest Capital Management's commercial division.

"I am incredibly impressed with the direction and growth of Spectra over the past year; it is proof that we are filling a gap in the industry and I am thrilled to be a part of the company's future success," Gaugler said.

Spectra is the sister company of The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC). TMAC provides outsourced medical affairs services, while Spectra handles outsourced sales solutions for biopharma companies. 

"TMAC and Spectra provide an integrated solution for our clients seeking collaboration between commercial and medical needs under one umbrella, while still functioning as independent companies with separate operational support and delivery" Gaugler said.
