The Mississippi Board of Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager Compliance Director. This role involves overseeing compliance, policy development, and administrative actions related to PBM activities. The responsibilities are guided by the MS Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act, the Pharmacy Benefit Audit Integrity Act, and other relevant laws. The director will act as the main contact for PBM issues with both internal and external stakeholders.

Located in Jackson, Mississippi, the position is open to both pharmacists and non-pharmacists. The salary range is $82,482.28 to $104,384.53, depending on whether the applicant is a pharmacist or not and their experience level.

For pharmacist candidates, state licensure with five years of experience is preferred. A strong understanding of the PBM landscape is also desired. Non-pharmacist candidates typically need a bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, including five years in a supervisory role. An advanced degree may substitute for some experience requirements.
