New oral rehydration solution to be offered at Ralphs

DripDrop, a new pharmacist-approved rehydration solution for children, adults and seniors, is now available at Ralphs.

DripDrop is the first oral rehydration solution that combines medical standards of rehydration therapy and excellent taste.

"Consumers of all ages, living in virtually any disease state, are challenged by the threat of dehydration daily," Eduardo Dolhun, DripDrop's founder, said. A clinical study in 2014 found that DripDrop hydrates 34 percent more effectively than water alone, and 20 percent more effectively than the sports drinks that were tested. Research conducted later the same year by MD Analytics showed 94 percent of pharmacists approve of DripDrop as an effective oral rehydration solution. The pharmacists surveyed were unaffiliated with Ralphs or any retail store or brand.
