DirectRx gets Accreditation Commission for Health Care certification

DirectRx, based in Troy, Michigan, recently received accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.

Direct Rx is an independent specialty pharmacy, and the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is a national organization developed by homecare and alternate-site health care industry providers.

DirectRx also received Specialty Pharmacy accreditation by the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission in 2014, making the company one of the few independent specialty pharmacies to have achieved both accreditations.

ACHC accreditation is based on quality of services to ensure the best care for patients, as well as an organization's dedication and commitment to meeting standards for a higher level of performance and patient care.
