Hospice Pharmacy Solutions of Dallas, a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) service, announced Monday that it has merged with Sacramento-based hospice PBM Outcome Resources.
Mike Nault, CEO of Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, and Jack Sayler, president of Outcome Resources made the announcement.
"Both companies have a proven track record of delivering customer service excellence and cost-effective pharmacy benefit management services to hospice providers," Nault said. "With the combination of our clinical programs and dedicated professional staff, along with new investments in technology, we will lead by delivering unique, innovative solutions to our clients.”
With the merger comes new positions and new leadership; Nault will serve as executive chairman and Sayler as president. The leadership team also includes Senior Vice president of Operations Hansil Kalaria and Vice President of Account Management Beckie Long.
Founded in 2004, Hospice Pharmacy Solutions helps organizations avoid overpricing for clinical services. Just like its counterpart Outcome Resources, which was founded in 2000, it provides PBM solutions, support and services specifically geared to hospice providers nationwide. With this new merger, they will be able to serve thousands of retail companies nationwide.
