Pharmaca incorporates UltiPro to improve HCM

Pharmaca is set to incorporate Ultimate Software’s UltiPro platform, according to a recent announcement from Weston, Florida-based Ultimate Software.

Pharmaca will use UltiPro’s wide-range of reporting features to improve human capital management (HCM). In addition to using the program, Ultimate Software, a leader in HCM solutions, will team up with Pharmaca to aid them in improving the overall experience of their employees.

Pharmaca is the first integrative pharmacy chain in the United States to offer traditional prescriptions as well as natural health solutions. The company currently has 30 locations across California, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington. Before the implementation of UltiPro, Pharmaca used a variety of different platforms for its HCM, but strived to achieve a higher level of efficiency in the program. It wanted to disband bolt-on procedures, decrease the amount of manual processes and offer people in the field more direct information. This led them to launch UltiPro in August 2015 to help realize their goals.

Pharmaca wanted a HCM solution that did not just provide its employees with precise reporting and various business capabilities, but also one that would be easy to use.
