The announced changes will take effect on April 1.
In the appointment of a new corporate executive, Astellas has named Yukio Matsui as its new President of Europe, Middle East and Africa Operations. Matsui formerly served as the company’s SVP and Head of Marketing Strategy.
Taking Matsui’s place as VP and Head of Marketing Strategy will be Martin Golden. Golden has been elevated to his new position after serving as Astellas’ Vice President of Government Affairs for Astellas Pharma US Inc.
