Lactobacillus GG helps balance the digestive system by adding 10 billion active cultures to support the good bacteria that naturally promote digestive health and the immune system. The omega-3 adds heart-healthy nutrients to the formula.
The naturally sourced MEG fish oil contains two omega-3 fatty acids, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which are believed to reduce tryiglycerides (a type of fat in the blood) and the risk of heart attacks.
