Avella agrees to acquire Advanced Pharma

Avella Specialty Pharmacy will acquire Advanced Pharma in a deal to be finalized in the fourth quarter of this year.

By purchasing Advanced Pharma, Avella advances its mission of turning itself into nationwide leading specialty pharmacy operating on multiple sites as well as adding to its compounding capabilities.
