Trxade Group, a web-based pharmaceutical marketplace engaged in promoting and enabling trade among independent pharmacies and large pharmaceutical suppliers nationally, said on Thursday that Paragon Meds, a national pharmaceutical wholesale distributor, has joined Trxade’s trading marketplace as its newest Trxade supplier partner.
"We're happy to begin this national distribution rollout onto the Trxade platform, which opens up the quality and pricing advantages of Paragon Meds to our 4,300 independent retail pharmacy members, and I'm personally thrilled it's going to start right here in Florida,” Trxade Group Vice President of Operations Carole Lucas said. "This is a distributor that has an outstanding reputation in the nationwide market, and we're confident this is going to develop into a great relationship."
Paragon Meds, a Paragon Enterprises company, is a national distributor of pharmaceutical brands; generics; injections; medical, surgical and OTC products; advanced wound care; and ostomy and urological supplies. Paragon clients include health care practices, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, occupational and industrial health care professionals, long-term-care facilities and other specialty practice communities.
Trxade Group also distributes private-label pharmaceuticals through its 100 percent owned subsidiary, Westminster Pharmaceuticals LLC.
