Georgia Eddleman Little has been named the new vice president and chief customer experience officer at Prime Therapeutics LLC.

Little managed Amazon’s global customer support service prior to the appointment with Prime and brings more than 20 years of customer service experience, health care management and executive leadership to the job. She was in senior leadership at ADT, WellPoint and Express Scripts before working with Amazon.

In her new position at Prime, Little will helm the customer experience team and the contact center, which has more than 600 employees combined. Her duties will also include overseeing vendor relationships in regards to Prime’s customer service. She has spent the majority of her career developing innovative customer experience programs and looks to do the same in her new position. She earned her Masters of Business Administration at the University of South Florida and is a certified Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.

Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Prime Therapeutics is a benefit manager that serves more than 26 million members. They oversee pharmacy benefits for health plans, employers and government programs including Medicare and Medicaid. They deliver medicines to their members and offer medical services to patients with complex health disorders.
