Digital Pharmacist forged from merger of two companies

Digital Pharmacist Inc. was launched Jan. 31 after the strategic merger of TeleManager Technologies Inc. and RxWiki Inc.
RxWiki is a digital health company that is expanding quickly, while TeleManager Technologies is a communication solutions company. The management of Digital Pharmacist will be taken over by Val Gurovich and Paul Kobylevsky, who were the co-founders of TeleManager Technologies, with Gurovich serving as chief architect and Kobylevsky filling the role of president. Both will report to CEO of the company, Chris Loughlin.
Digital Pharmacist has 55 employees and is working on logistics for 5,500 pharmacy locations, national pharmacy wholesalers and pharmaceutical brands, in addition to hospital systems. Digital Pharmacist offers help in a number of fields, including communication solutions and adherence solutions. 
Digital Pharmacist works through delivering and facilitating quick communication between pharmacies and patients, be that over telephone, SMS or the web. Patients using Digital Pharmacist can easily refill their prescriptions with the click of a button and can use a number of resources to find out more about a condition or even speak with a pharmacist.

The company's headquarters are in Austin, Texas.
