VUCA Health partners with Extended Care Professional

VUCA Health on Thursday announced a partnership with Extended Care Professional, a provider of electronic health and medication records, to deliver its MedOnCue video content to more than 1,000 assisted living facilities and other long-term care communities.

"Our partnership with VUCA Health and their MedsOnCue technology will aid in advancement of caregiver and patient education and engagement, helping communities to provide easy access to a library of medication-specific information," Extended Care Professional CEO Len Hotz said. "MedsOnCue facilitates medication adherence and ensures patients understand how to take their medications safely."

Extended Care Professional will add MedsOnCue to its user-friendly software solution, which features electronic medication records that interface with pharmacies to sync medication orders and reorders. The software also features electronic health records for a complete care management program.
