HealthSpot recently expanded its senior and executive leadership, adding Dr. Gail Borgatti Croall as the chief medical officer, Eric Eichensehr as chief technology officer and Bruce Roberts as the chief operating officer.
CEO and founder Steve Cashman said the trio is experienced within their respective areas of health care, information technology (IT) and pharmacy.
“We are growing quickly and bringing on board this type of talent is key to our mission to transform health care access,” Cashman said. “Gail, Eric and Bruce all possess insight and experience that will be invaluable to achieving our vision of delivering consumer centricity through platform technology to make health care accessible for all."
Eichensehr has worked in the IT field for more than 30 years, focusing on the medical and health care fields. His previous chief-level positions include Microsoft, General Electric, Intel and Cisco Systems.
Borgatti Croall has had more than 12 years of leadership experience within the area of health population management and has worked with large managed care companies.
“I am privileged to be joining HealthSpot at a time when the delivery of health care is experiencing an evolution,” Borgatti Croall said. “The work HealthSpot is doing to make health care more accessible, convenient and efficient is critical, and I am proud to be joining those efforts.”
Roberts has spent his career in pharmacy and has been in pursuit of advancing community pharmacies. He is a founder and owner of four pharmacies. HealthSpot believes he will bring a new perspective as the company plans to expand into the retail pharmacy market.
