Navitus receives top ranking in customer satisfaction for pharmacy benefit managers
This is the fourth consecutive year that Navitus has received this ranking.
Clients also gave Navitus a score of 9.5 out of 10 in "likelihood to recommend" the company to others.

The annual survey, conducted by the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute, surveyed the clients of 11 pharmacy benefit management companies including those of four other PBMs in Navitus’ category.
Navitus also scored well in the areas of commitment to good customer service, delivery of promised savings and meeting financial guarantees.
"This year's study, as well as previous studies, validates that those clients with a completely transparent PBM relationship report a higher level of satisfaction,” Seligman said. “Our full disclosure, 100-percent pass-through model is our guiding business principle — it is the only way we have ever, or will ever, conduct business.”
