The Cannabis Regulatory Agency announced on June 30 that administrative formal complaints and disciplinary actions taken against adult-use and medical cannabis licensees in April are now available in the agency’s May 2026 Disciplinary Action Report.

The report details a range of compliance issues involving businesses across several Michigan cities. In Jackson, DLG & Associates, LLC faced action for non-compliant handling and production. Flint-based Dort Hwy Flint LLC was cited for METRC non-compliance, while SECURECANN III, LLC received a complaint regarding non-compliant sales. Other cases included general operational issues at Vibe Consulting, LLC in Inkster and Green Genie 3, Inc in Detroit. Additional violations such as AFS non-compliance were reported at Greenstone Wellness Inc in Benton Harbor and Michigan Green Works, LLC in Kalkaska.

Several businesses were cited multiple times or for multiple types of violations. For example, Palmate Solutions LLC in Jackson received complaints both for failure to report material changes related to physical location or operations and general operational issues. Moneylineholdings Limited LLC in Chesaning was cited three times: twice for METRC non-compliance along with surveillance/security or employee issues, and once for non-compliant transfers between marijuana businesses.

Disciplinary actions also addressed reporting failures, surveillance concerns, employee-related problems, and unauthorized transfers between licensed marijuana businesses. The CRA stated that these actions can be reviewed by the public through its database of licensees.

To view specific disciplinary documents associated with any licensee named in the report, individuals can access the CRA website’s database by selecting "Verify a Cannabis Business License," choosing either adult-use or medical licenses as appropriate, searching for the business name, and viewing linked records at the bottom of each listing.

Members of the public who wish to file complaints about cannabis businesses may do so online using an updated submission process described on the CRA website’s Citizens’ Guide to Filing a Complaint.
