The Cannabis Regulatory Agency announced on June 24 that a second public hearing will be held to receive public comment on the proposed rule set 2023-25 LR - Marihuana Rules. The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, beginning at 9:00 AM at the Cannabis Regulatory Agency building located at 2407 N Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI.
Attendees are instructed to enter through the south entrance of the building. The agency said comments may be made in person during the hearing, virtually via Zoom, or sent by email.
All information related to the administrative rules—including draft rule language and supporting documents—is available online through a designated webpage provided by the agency.
The upcoming hearing follows an earlier round of public input and is part of an ongoing process to finalize regulations governing marihuana in Michigan. The agency encourages all interested parties to participate using any of the available methods.
Further updates regarding changes or adoption of these rules are expected following completion of this second public comment period.
