Rite Aid Pharmacies launch patient-focused EQuIPP platform

Rite Aid Corporation is now utilizing Pharmacy Quality Solutions’ (PQS) EQuIPP, an information management platform that provides unbiased performance data access to health plans and pharmacy organizations.

In service, EQuIPP will enable Rite Aid pharmacists to review their performance across key quality metrics, compare their performance against industry standards and then focus on patient care matters, such as medication adherence and appropriate medication use.

With nearly 4,600 locations nationwide, Rite Aid is the largest drugstore chain to provide EQuIPP access to all its pharmacists.
