PreveCeutical announces new board members

PreveCeutical Medical Inc. announced the results of its first annual general meeting yesterday.

Among the positive outcomes of the meeting were the addition of Alex Bayer and Greg Reid as independent directors to the board.  
 
Bayer's more than 10 years of experience in providing legal services to public and private clients as the principal of Bayer Law Corporation will enhance the board's expertise in governance, securities law and disclosure compliance. He is also a member of the Azarga Uranium Corp.'s board.
 
As one of the top 10 speakers in the world, Reid's vast knowledge of sales and marketing adds to the board's extensive knowledge base. An expert in turning obstacles into opportunities, Reid is known as an author, film creator and producer, entrepreneur and leader. He is the CEO of several companies and mentors youth in the San Diego area.
