Munster Radiology Group contracts with McKesson

McKesson Business Performance Services announced its new revenue cycle management agreement with Munster Radiology Group, P.C. (MRG) of Munster, Indiana last week.
 
As part of the agreement, McKesson will bolster MRG's customer and billing services and provide coding and regulatory compliance. The 22 physicians in three hospitals will also receive assistance in improving clinical documentation.

We look forward to using these skills to help MRG provide the highest level of service to the people of Munster and northwest Indiana.”
 
MRG selected McKesson due to its reputation and extensive knowledge of the billing process. McKesson is known for its expertise and ability to handle the various types of patient bills. MRG performs approximately 420,000 procedures annually, necessitating the ability to produce, process and manage patient billing, claims management and provider credentialing.
