CrownBio announces new leadership team additions

Crown Bioscience (CrownBio) recently announced that Amar Thyagarajan, Ph.D., and Sandeep Sinha, Ph.D., will be joining its leadership team.

Thyagarajan has been announced as CrownBio’s new Associate Director of Product Marketing and Strategy. He has experience bringing new products to market and is the individual now in charge of the strategic and scientific marketing of CrownBio’s cardiovascular and metabolic disease (CVMD) portfolio. He also has experience in scientific and senior product management that includes genetically engineered models to be used in neuroscience and chemical biology.

"With Amar's acumen for developing market strategies, he will enhance our marketing communications and presence for our growing line of CVMD models and services to support drug development," Crown Bioscience SVP of Global Strategy, Marketing and Business Development Laurie Heilmann said. Sinha joins CrownBio as the Scientific Director and will take on the responsibility of leading the company’s technical teams. He previously worked for Eli Lilly, where he served as a medical science liaison for diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
