Spartanburg County law enforcement receives 60 doses of opiate antidote

South Carolina's Spartanburg County   will receive 60 Opiate Overdose Kits, valued at more than $6,000.

South Carolina's Spartanburg County will receive 60 Opiate Overdose Kits, valued at more than $6,000, from Smith Drug Co.
The 60 naloxone kits will be divided between the Spartanburg County Sheriff's office and the Spartanburg Police Department for use in situations when EMS has not arrived.
