Empower Pharmacy has been named to Inc.'s 2025 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the Southwest. The company is ranked No. 65 on the Inc. Regionals: Southwest list, which highlights successful independent small businesses in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Shaun Noorian, founder and CEO of Empower Pharmacy, commented on the recognition: "Healthcare is becoming more personal, and compounding is central to this evolution. What began as a local compounding pharmacy in Houston, Empower has grown into a national leader spearheading innovation in customized pharmaceuticals."
The Inc. Regionals: Southwest list includes 137 private companies that achieved a median growth rate of 106 percent between 2021 and 2023. These companies collectively added 13,809 jobs and contributed $15.9 billion to the region's economy by 2023.

Empower Pharmacy was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas. It operates as a compounding pharmacy and FDA-registered outsourcing facility with significant manufacturing capacity.
