The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) and HealthShifts have announced a partnership to enhance career and staffing support for community pharmacies. As part of this collaboration, NCPA will introduce a national job board powered by HealthShifts. This new platform aims to provide members with a reliable staffing solution that assists pharmacies in hiring and managing shift coverage.
Mark Ey, chief operating officer of NCPA, stated, “Our members consistently ask for solutions that make staffing and recruitment easier. This partnership with HealthShifts delivers a straightforward and practical tool that helps independent pharmacies hire, retain, and manage staffing so they can focus on serving their patients.”
Michael D. The partnership will offer a national job board for pharmacy roles, streamlined posting and applicant tracking, member access to a trusted staffing solution for shift coverage and hiring, outreach support, and dedicated onboarding for NCPA members and employers.
