Emma Rooth has been named Chief Executive Officer of PCCA UK, according to an announcement from Precision Health Holdings, the parent company of PCCA UK. The appointment took effect on January 6, 2026, and marks a significant step for PCCA UK as it aims to strengthen its position in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Rooth brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. She was recently recognised as Inspiring Change Leader of the Year 2024. Her previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Torbay Pharmaceuticals, where she led the company's expansion beyond the UK and managed its transition from National Health Services ownership to private equity. She also held senior positions at BUPA UK and AAH Pharmaceuticals.
In addition to her executive roles, Rooth serves as a Non-Executive Director for UK BioCentre and Brain in Hand.
