PCCA, a supplier of pharmaceutical ingredients for the compounding industry, has named Matthew Line as its first Chief Marketing Officer. The company also promoted Kimberly Speairs to Vice President of Communications.
Matthew Line brings over 15 years of experience in brand development and digital strategy. Before joining PCCA, he was CMO at Curive Healthcare, where he led healthcare brand development. His background includes leadership roles with direct-to-consumer and retail brands, focusing on digital transformation and scalable marketing strategies. In his new position at PCCA, Line will oversee global marketing efforts.
“Matt’s deep understanding of the digital landscape and expertise in building global brands make him the ideal leader to serve as our first CMO,” said PCCA CEO Gus Bassani, PharmD. “His vision will be instrumental as we continue to redefine the market and bring new innovations to compounding pharmacy.”
Kimberly Speairs has been part of PCCA’s leadership since 2017 and now moves into the role of Vice President of Communications. With more than three decades in marketing and public relations, she previously served as Senior Director of Marketing & Communications. In her new capacity, she will manage all internal and external communications for PCCA while reporting to the CMO and collaborating with Precision Health Holdings.

PCCA provides products, education, and support for over 3,000 pharmacy members in several countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, among others. The company was founded by pharmacists in 1981 and has supported pharmacy compounding for 45 years.
