The Cannabis Regulatory Agency filed a formal complaint on June 4 against the adult-use license of VJAS 1, LLC, located at 41525 Production Drive, Suite C, Harrison Township.
The agency is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act to investigate alleged violations of relevant acts and administrative rules. The CRA may take disciplinary action to prevent such violations and impose fines or other sanctions against applicants and licensees that violate the act or its corresponding rules.
According to the complaint, the CRA gives notice of its intent to impose fines and/or other sanctions against VJAS 1, LLC. These potential actions may include suspension, revocation, restriction, or refusal to renew the company's license.
The agency clarified that statements in formal complaints are considered allegations.
