The Cannabis Regulatory Agency filed a First Superseding Formal Complaint and a new Formal Complaint against the adult-use license of Ground Control Michigan, LLC, doing business as GCM Waypoint (License No. AU-P-000154) at 54341 M43 Hwy, Bangor, MI 49013, on June 9.
The First Superseding Formal Complaint in Enforcement Action ENF 26-00131 replaces the previously issued complaint and includes an additional count. The agency also issued a new Formal Complaint in Enforcement Action ENF 26-00320 alleging separate conduct.
According to the agency, it is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act to investigate alleged violations of the act and related administrative rules. The agency may take disciplinary action to prevent such violations and impose fines or other sanctions against applicants or licensees that violate state law or rules.
The Cannabis Regulatory Agency gave notice of its intent to impose fines or other sanctions against Ground Control Michigan, LLC’s license. Possible actions include suspension, revocation, restriction, or refusal to renew the company’s license.
