Registration is now open for the National Community Pharmacists Association’s 2026 Annual Convention and its Pre-Convention Growth and Profitability Programs, the association announced on June 15. The main convention will take place from Oct. 3 to Oct. 6 in Kansas City, Missouri, with pre-convention events scheduled for Oct. 1 and Oct. 2.

Kristen Riddle, PharmD, president of NCPA for 2025-2026, said, “Today’s independent pharmacies are on our community’s front lines as providers, advocates, innovators, and leaders. At the NCPA Annual Convention, we’ll be focusing on answering ‘how-to’ questions for independent pharmacy owners like how to take their operations and patient care to the next level in the context of today’s landscape. So show up to level up! I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in Kansas City for what’s sure to be an eventful, productive convention.”

Attendees can register online for both the annual convention and pre-convention programming. Those who register by July 12 are eligible for up to $100 off through NCPA’s early bird rate.

Media representatives interested in attending or covering the event are encouraged to contact Andie Pivarunas.

The National Community Pharmacists Association was founded in 1898 and represents more than 18,900 pharmacies employing over 235,000 individuals nationwide. According to the organization’s description included with this announcement, community pharmacies are among America’s most accessible health care providers.
